In order to maintain an intimate celebration with our closest family and friends, we regretfully are unable to extend plus-ones for the Wedding Day. However, we are delighted to welcome guests to bring a plus-one to the Welcome Soiree and/or the Pamper, Play & Party events. Simply let us know in your RSVP if you will be bringing a guest to either (or both) of these specific events.

Yes. We are pleased to offer complimentary shuttle service between the Waldorf Astoria Hotel in Buckhead, GA, and the Atlanta History Center. Guests wishing to use this service may gather in the hotel lobby starting at 5:00 PM. The shuttle will conveniently drop guests off at the designated location near The Swan House. There will be no return service, therefore guests are asked to make their own accommodations for the end of the night. Services such as Uber and Lyft are available, as well as, hotel transportation services (which can be coordinated with the Waldorf Astoria's concierge).

Yes, complimentary parking is available onsite at the Atlanta History Center for guests who choose to drive. Clear signage will be provided in the parking area to guide guests toward The Swan House and the ceremony location.

There are 30 rooms available in the group block for the nights of Thursday (05/08/25) and Friday (05/09/25). It is highly recommended that guests reserve their room(s) early, to insure that they are able to join the hotel wedding party festivities and/or if they plan on extending their stay to Saturday (05/10/25).
