You are invited to the Waldorf Astoria!

1. Michelle and Edward will be staying at the Waldorf Astoria hotel in Buckhead from Wednesday (05/07/2025) to Sunday (05/11/2025).

2. There are 30 rooms available in the group block for the two nights of Thursday (05/08/25) and Friday (05/09/25). It is recommended that guests reserve their room(s) early to easily join the hotel wedding party festivities being held on the Waldorf Astoria property, and/or if guests are planning on extending their stay for a third night and booking Saturday (05/10/25).

3. To secure a room reservation, guests will need to place a credit card on file. There is no charge at the time of booking.

4. Guests may cancel for a full refund (or adjust their reservation), up to 3 days in advance of their scheduled arrival.

​

5. Group rates will be honored 2 days pre/post the dates of the room block.

​

6. Check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM. All guests arriving before check-in time will be accommodated as rooms become available. The Hotel can arrange to check baggage for those arriving early when rooms are unavailable and for guests attending functions on departure day.

7. Discounted parking is available - day parking at $20.00 (normally $25) and overnight parking at $39.00 (normally $63).

8. Information on transportation options to-and-from The Swan House for the wedding event (05/09/2025) will be provided to guests at a future date.

​

9. Information on airport transportation options will be provided to guests at a future date.

​

10. Cut-off Date for setting up a room reservation under this group block is April 08, 2025.

11. The region includes other (close by) hotel options if guests choose to make alternative accommodations. ​​
